• Delivery time: Up to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Order processing: Orders are prepared and shipped the same day or the next business day.

• Shipping costs:

  • Free for orders worth €10 or more.

  • For orders under €10, a flat shipping fee of €3.99 will be applied.

• Carrier: We work with trusted carriers to ensure efficient and conditional delivery.

• Occasional delays: In exceptional situations such as holidays, strikes or unforeseen logistical events, some delay may occur. In these cases, we will contact the customer as soon as possible.
