At ACE Padel Store we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return a product, you can do so quickly and easily, under the conditions described below.
1. Return Deadline
The customer has the right to return the products within 14 calendar days after receiving the order, as provided for in Decree-Law No. 24/2014 (Right of Free Resolution).
2. Conditions for Acceptance
For the return to be accepted, the products must:

Be in perfect condition , with no signs of use or damage;

Be returned in the original packaging , with tags and accessories;

Include proof of purchase (invoice or confirmation email).
Products that are used, damaged or without original packaging will not be accepted for return.
3. How to Make a Return

Send the product to the address indicated. The customer is responsible for shipping costs, except in the case of a defective product or shipping error.
4. Refunds

Once the product has been received and inspected, a full or partial refund will be made (depending on the condition of the product).

The refund will be made using the same payment method used, within a maximum period of 7 working days after approval.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless there is an error on our part.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange for another model, size or color, the process is similar. We recommend checking stock availability before shipping.
6. Exceptions
We do not accept returns on the following products:

Products on sale with final sale discount (except for defects)
